LEADERSHIP COACHING

I work with social services leaders in the Twin Cities to support their professional development within the context of their role. With a focus on understanding their leadership strengths, developmet edges, and holding a deep reverance for the process of growth, we work together to identify opportunities to better care for themselves, engage in anti-oppressive leadership practices, lead with integrity and from their core values, and hold a vision for their organization and/or department. I especially love working with professionals new to leadership roles (however long they have been in their career) and working through what leadership really means to them.
